Do you charge a booking fee or service charge?
You are booking directly with the owner and there are no booking fees or service charges like there are on the popular booking websites.
What happens if I make a reservation and then I can’t book the flights I need?
We offer a 48-hour worry-free cancelation period. If you can’t coordinate the flights with your stay, as long as 48 hours have not passed since you paid for your reservation, you have the option to cancel and receive a full refund or rebook for different dates as long as they’re available. After 48 hours, a portion of your initial deposit is non-refundable.
Can you arrange an airport pick-up?
Yes, we can arrange a pick-up at the airport for an additional charge. Please just ask and we can make the arrangements.
Will the grocery stores be open when I arrive?
Plan to take considerable time leaving the airport if you have checked bags, and take into account there may be a wait to pick up your rental car. The major grocery stores are open every day until 8pm. We can pick up groceries and have them in your apartment when you arrive, for an additional charge. After a long day of travel, if you don’t feel up to going out to eat, we recommend ordering from Dinner in a box. They can deliver a nice meal and we’d be happy to place the order for you.
What time can I check in?
Check in is at 4pm. Feel free to request an early check in, but if you haven’t discussed it with us, you can’t get in earlier. We try to accommodate early check in requests whenever we can, but it’s not always possible. There is a $25 charge for early check-in.
Can I get a late check out?
Check out is 10am. Feel free to ask us if you need a later check out, but if we haven’t talked about it and approved your request, you must be out at 10 am. We understand and try to accommodate late check out requests whenever possible, but we can only accommodate you if we don’t have incoming guests on the same day. There is a $25 charge for a late checkout.
What if I have a medical emergency just a few days before my arrival, can I get a refund?
We offer no refunds for cancellations less than 60 days prior to the arrival date. If the loss of your payment would be a problem, you should purchase travel insurance so you don’t have to worry about that.
Do you require a security deposit?
You have the option of making a security deposit, or purchasing the damage protection plan.
